The entire building is protected by a sprinkler system. Each warehouse bay is heated by two gas fired unit heaters. Separate heating and air conditioning units are included in the office area.

The basic lease will be for three years and include taxes, insurance, common charges, water and sewage. The tenants pay their own utilities and are responsible for their pro-rated share of any increase in taxes and insurance over the term of the lease. The tenant is also responsible for his own janitorial service. A security deposit is required at the time the lease is signed along with the first month's rent.
